Urgently implement the general planning documents of 4 urban areas

Accordingly, the provincial leaders requested the People's Committees of Phu Ninh, Tay Giang, and Que Son districts to urgently carry out related processes and procedures to complete the dossier of the general urban planning task of urban administrative units as requested by the Department of Construction; promptly report to the Department of Construction for appraisal before September 20, 2024.

The Provincial People's Committee also assigned the Nam Tra My District People's Committee to urgently complete the work of developing, appraising and approving the General Urban Planning according to the schedule assigned by the Provincial People's Committee in Decision No. 1482 dated June 19, 2024.

The general urban planning documents urged in the official dispatch specifically relate to: Administrative unit of Phu Thinh town expansion, Phu Ninh district; newly established urban administrative unit of Tak Po, Nam Tra My district; newly established urban administrative unit of A.Tieng, Tay Giang district and urban administrative unit of Huong An town expansion, Que Son district.

The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Construction to preside over and coordinate with relevant departments and branches to monitor, guide and urge the People's Committees of Phu Ninh, Tay Giang, Que Son and Nam Tra My districts to promptly complete the work of preparing, appraising and approving the dossiers of tasks and general urban planning projects of urban administrative units; promptly approve the Planning Appraisal Council, organize the appraisal of the dossiers of general urban planning tasks and submit them to the Provincial People's Committee for consideration before September 30, 2024.
