Opening of Danang Summer Enjoyment Festival 2023

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Da Nang People's Committee Ho Ky Minh said that this is a unique cultural, sports and tourism event held annually, becoming a brand with its own mark of Da Nang with the name Enjoy Summer Festival 2023. Da Nang tourism is gradually recovering and developing strongly, a series of national and international events and festivals are continuously organized, new tourism products and services are put into operation, contributing to creating a vibrant, fresh atmosphere attracting a large number of domestic and international tourists to Da Nang in the first 6 months of 2023.

Enjoy Da Nang Festival - Enjoy Da Nang with the following themes: enjoy the sea, relax; enjoy entertainment; enjoy cuisine; enjoy shopping and enjoy the festival. Here, there will be a series of activities to stimulate on-site demand for Da Nang tourism; introduce and promote Da Nang destination with new, diverse and attractive tourism products; connect and support businesses to introduce tourism products and services, contributing to increasing the efficiency of business operations.

The opening night of the 2023 Summer Enjoyment Festival with the highlight of the Summer Enjoyment Music Festival attracted a large number of locals and tourists to watch.

A special highlight of the festival series is the large-scale Danang Summer Enjoyment Music Night 2023, with the participation of famous singers. In addition, there are other attractive activities within the framework of the festival such as the "Vietnam - International Food Festival" with more than 50 local, regional and international food stalls. Coming here, visitors have the opportunity to enjoy many famous dishes such as Quang noodles, banh xeo, cao lau, pho, sweet soups, street food... combined with sightseeing, shopping for souvenirs, agricultural products, and food at the OCOP product display and sales space. In addition, the space to experience making traditional cakes and the traditional craft village space are activities that visitors cannot miss when coming to the Summer Enjoyment Festival 2023.

The "Art kite show" with the appearance of more than 30 aerodynamic kites, uniquely shaped flute kites and "Paragliding show" along the coastal route with more than 10 paragliders in the sky of the East Sea Park will bring a colorful space, creating a new highlight at the Festival.

The Zumba Flashmob (July 30, 2023) and Kid Bikini Flashmob (July 28, 2023) performances bring a vibrant atmosphere with zumba dance, the cute and playful images of children attract locals and tourists to join in the dances.

In particular, the Da Nang City Paragliding Open (July 29-30, 2023) at Ban Co peak, Son Tra peninsula and Man Thai beach, Pham Van Dong beach with the participation of 100 professional paragliding clubs with skillful technical performances and admiring the beautiful scenery of Da Nang from above.

Enjoy many exciting and fun activities and entertainment during the Sea Festival (July 29, 2023) held at Ha Khe Sea Park with many exciting games such as: fish carrying relay, basket shaking, rowing on the sand, tug of war underwater... and community art performances. At 7:00 p.m. every weekend night, on both sides of the Han River, there will be street art programs such as: Street music, Bai Choi singing performances, wind music performances, youth art playground (folk dance, street dance, hip hop).
