The class was attended by 73 trainees who are leaders of departments, branches, districts and cities. The training program was issued by the Minister of Home Affairs with 27 teaching topics, 6 reporting topics, and a field trip program.

The objective of the course is to supplement and improve knowledge of state management and develop corresponding skills in performing assigned tasks and powers of senior specialist civil servants and equivalent, contributing to building a team of civil servants and public employees with moral qualities, political courage, capacity and professionalism, dedicated to serving the country and people.

The leaders of the National Academy of Public Administration and the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee require students to attend the full course. Increase exchanges and discussions on practical issues, fully absorb knowledge in the course, carefully study the skills in state administrative management in a scientific manner, be proactive and creative in practicing the skills to be able to apply them to actual work, and perform well the tasks of consulting, managing and operating at their units after completing the training course.
