Man Utd have been in a terrible start to the season. For the first time since the 1962/63 season, the Red Devils have lost eight of their first 15 games. The club have also lost five of their first 10 home games of the season for the first time since the 1930/31 season.
The pressure on coach Ten Hag is getting bigger and bigger. Although the Man Utd board has not mentioned the future of the Dutch strategist, fans know that the club can fire him at any time.
According to The Times , Man Utd have begun to consider replacing coach Ten Hag. The team's board of directors has reduced the list of candidates to just two names: coach Ruben Amorim (Sporting Lisbon) and coach Zinedine Zidane.
Among them, Ruben Amorim, who is only 38 years old this year, is considered a bright candidate. The Portuguese coach was also on Chelsea's radar earlier this year before they appointed coach Mauricio Pochettino.
Talking about Ruben Amorim, coach Pep Guardiola once admitted that he was very impressed with his colleague's coaching style.

When asked about the possibility of leading Man Utd, the 38-year-old coach said: "I do not make any comments on this. I do not know the future. It depends on many other factors.
I have an idea about my future at the end of the season but I can't share it here. I can only confirm that Man Utd have not contacted me yet."
Meanwhile, coach Zidane has not accepted to lead any team since leaving Real Madrid in 2021. In the past, Zizou has received many invitations but he has refused them all. The French legend only returns when there is a favorable opportunity.
