On an area of 1 hectare, the Le Gia Company's Food Factory project is completing the installation to put into operation. This place will be the address for visitors to experience craft village tourism when coming to Hoang Hoa. Le Gia is a prestigious brand in the field of fish sauce production with products currently exported to more than 10 countries around the world. During the development process, the enterprise has always received great support from the local government, especially in terms of creating favorable conditions for land and procedures when investing in the project.
Mr. Le Anh, Director of Le Gia Food and Trading Service Company Limited, Thanh Hoa province said: "From the land use planning and construction of this factory, the district leaders at that time shared with us the general idea that if this land was auctioned for residential use, the state could collect money immediately, but if it was leased to Le Gia, the state could collect taxes for many generations, hundreds of years. That is the mindset that we see most clearly represents the district's development creation policy and from manufacturing enterprises like us, the production value chain will spread."
A series of large projects have been and are being invested in Hoang Hoa district... The recent bustling movements of socio-economic activities show that this locality has had very strong changes in creating a favorable investment and business environment for businesses and investors. The proof is that from 14th place with 63.56 points in the DDCI ranking in 2021, Hoang Hoa district has risen to first place in 2023 with 90.83 points. All 8 component indicators of the DDCI ranking have increased over the years, of which in 2023 the indicators of land access, informal costs, transparency and access to information all ranked first.
Mr. Nguyen Tien Duc, Vice Chairman of the Hoang Hoa District Business Association, Thanh Hoa Province said: " We evaluate this result completely objectively and honestly for the efforts and management of the local government in the whole district to improve the environment, with the goal of putting the people and businesses first. "
Mr. Kimura Masanori, Deputy General Director of Sakurai Vietnam Co., Ltd., Thanh Hoa province added: " Our factory will be in operation in Bac Hoang Hoa industrial cluster from October 2023. We are very grateful to the local government for their attention and facilitation during the entire process of investing in and building the factory, especially in terms of security and order, and labor recruitment. Currently, the factory has 2 operating workshops. From now until the end of the year, we will continue to expand phase 2 to attract about 1,300 workers."
Hoang Hoa district's ranking at the top of the DDCI rankings of Thanh Hoa province in 2023 is both a measure of businesses' confidence and the openness of authorities at all levels; and continues to be a premise for the locality to improve its economic management and administration; especially administrative reform in a modern direction to adapt to the digital era.
