Energetic and enthusiastic youth leaders

1. Having been involved in the Youth Union since 2012, Mr. Phan Long Phu Quoi has always maintained a spirit of dynamism and enthusiasm for the Youth Union, devoting himself to volunteer activities for the community. Currently, Mr. Quoi holds the position of Secretary of the Youth Union of Loi Binh Nhon Commune, Tan An City, Long An Province.

As a Youth Union leader, Mr. Quoi is a pioneer in participating in movement activities , supporting and helping people and students in difficult circumstances. Every year, he proactively contacts and mobilizes social resources from businesses and philanthropists to support more than 30 million VND for movement activities, projects and Youth Union work. He also actively mobilizes people to build a cultural and new rural commune. His simple and sociable lifestyle, thriftiness and willingness to help people help him gain the love and trust of union members, Youth Union members and local people.

In addition to his role as Secretary of the Commune Youth Union, Mr. Quoi currently holds the position of Vice President of the Vietnam Youth Union of Tan An City and President of the Vietnam Youth Union of the Commune. Over the years, he has led the organization to gradually make many positive changes, especially mobilizing all members to actively participate in implementing the new rural criteria associated with promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style.

In 2024, Mr. Quoi boldly advised the Party Committee of Loi Binh Nhon commune to establish a Religious Youth Association, attracting more than 30 Cao Dai youth to participate in the movement of the Vietnam Youth Union. In 2023, he came up with the idea and built the TN Coffee and TN Car Wash models, contributing to creating jobs for Youth Union members, raising funds to help those in difficult circumstances and supporting the Association's operating costs. After more than 1 year of implementation, nearly 15 million VND from the profits of the TN Coffee model was used to give gifts to disadvantaged families and poor households. The TN Car Wash model also allocated nearly 7 million VND to support students in difficult circumstances , especially those orphaned by the Covid-19 epidemic.

With his positive contributions, Mr. Phan Long Phu Quoi received many noble awards such as the October 15, 2024 Award of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Union, a certificate of merit from the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Union in 2022 and a certificate of merit from the Vietnam Youth Union of Long An province for the 2019-2024 term.

2. From the position of Deputy Commander of the Military Command of Binh Tinh Commune, Tan Tru District, Mr. Do Tan Luc "got involved" in the work of the Youth Union and quickly became a close and trusted "big brother" of local Youth Union members and youth for more than 3 years now.

In 2022, Mr. Luc was elected as Secretary of the Commune Youth Union. Understanding the role of "locomotive" in Youth Union work comes from developing union members, Mr. Luc focuses on creating useful cultural, physical education and sports playgrounds to attract young people. At the same time, he always listens to and understands the thoughts and aspirations of union members, thereby creating more opportunities for them to experience and love Union activities. Thanks to that, the movements launched by the Commune Youth Union are actively responded to and participated in by a large number of young people.

Not only interested in developing union members, Mr. Luc also worries about finding ways to support young people in economic development and starting a business. Over the past 3 years, Mr. Luc has established and maintained the economic development Youth Club with more than 10 youth members. At the same time, he and the Executive Committee of the Commune Youth Union have effectively promoted credit activities entrusted by the District Social Policy Bank Transaction Office with a total outstanding loan of more than 3 billion VND, helping to create jobs for hundreds of young people in the locality. In addition, he also supports a youth start-up project, organizes activities to honor and commend good examples of rural young people in economic development, considers typical products and models to participate in the Creative Startup Ideas Contest in Youth in 2024.

In particular, Mr. Luc also pays attention to slow-moving youth. With sincerity and enthusiasm, he has helped 4 youth find stable jobs at local companies, supported them with policy loans, introduced them to vocational training, etc.

Under the leadership of Mr. Luc, the Executive Committee of the Commune Youth Union also effectively carried out the campaign "Youth of Binh Tinh Commune join hands to build advanced new rural areas". Activities such as propaganda on new rural construction, participation in building landscape infrastructure, environmental protection, rural economic development, maintaining security and order, etc. were implemented synchronously and effectively.

In 2024, the Commune Youth Union planted more than 500 trees, built and handed over 1 Red Scarf house, 1 badminton court, maintained 1 self-managed Youth road, 1 Lighting up the Countryside Road and the National Flag Road,... These projects make an important contribution to the completion of the goal of building new rural areas in the locality.

With his positive contributions, Mr. Do Tan Luc was commended by the Provincial Youth Union for his outstanding achievements in the Association's work and volunteer movement in 2024; and for his good achievements in propaganda and mobilization of voluntary blood donation in 2023.

3. Having been involved in the Youth Union for nearly 4 years, Secretary of the Youth Union of Duong Xuan Hoi Commune, Chau Thanh District - Do Phu Vinh has always been one of the typical youth leaders of the locality. With a spirit of enthusiasm and high responsibility, he has made many positive contributions to the Youth Union and youth movement of the commune.

In addition to being active in the Youth Union work, Secretary of the Youth Union of Duong Xuan Hoi commune, Chau Thanh district - Do Phu Vinh (right cover) is also active in social security work.

Few people know that before becoming an active Youth Union officer, Mr. Vinh was a student majoring in the environment. After graduating, he continued his postgraduate studies to improve his professional knowledge. Although his major is not directly related to the Youth Union's work, his knowledge of the environment has helped Mr. Vinh effectively implement environmental protection activities in the locality. In particular, the Youth Nursery model implemented by the Commune Youth Union with a scale of more than 1,000 trees contributes to creating a green, clean, and beautiful urban landscape and serves the activities of the Youth Union.

Duong Xuan Hoi Commune Youth Union was selected as one of two key units for digital transformation, focusing on propaganda and guiding people to use digital applications and platforms. Therefore, Mr. Vinh actively participated and directed the Youth Union to actively carry out digital transformation work in the locality. He promoted the activities of the Youth Union Fanpage of Duong Xuan Hoi Commune; digitized the Tran Van Giau Memorial House through QR codes; organized 3 propaganda sessions on the content of building advanced new rural areas in the locality for more than 420 Youth Union members. At the same time, he advised the Party Committee and the People's Committee of the commune to issue a decision to establish a Community Digital Technology Team with 9 members to deeply and widely inform and propagate the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws on digital transformation to the people.

In addition, Mr. Vinh is also interested in social security work. From the end of 2024 until now, the Commune Youth Union has sponsored 2 students in difficult circumstances, given 100 Tet gifts to children in difficult circumstances in the commune and built 1 Team member house.

Thanks to his efforts, Mr. Vinh has reaped many "sweet fruits" such as a Certificate of Merit for outstanding achievements in implementing the movement to build Chau Thanh district to meet the new rural standards in 2023; a Certificate of Merit for outstanding achievements in the work of the Youth Union and the youth movement in 2024.

With their enthusiastic hearts and sense of responsibility, the youth leaders have been and are contributing to building their homeland and country to become more and more developed and prosperous. They are the generation following in the footsteps of their fathers and brothers, continuing the glorious history of the nation and inspiring many young people./.
