The longest bridge on the coastal route in Thanh Hoa

(Dan Tri) – Lach Truong Bridge connecting Hoang Hoa and Hau Loc districts is the longest bridge on the coastal route in Thanh Hoa. The bridge has a total investment of more than 400 billion VND.

Construction started in January 2022, Lach Truong Bridge belongs to the investment project to build the coastal road section Nga Son - Hoang Hoa (Thanh Hoa).

The total length of this coastal route project is 23.72km, with a total investment of VND2,242 billion, of which the central budget is VND1,100 billion, the local budget and other legal capital sources are VND1,142 billion.

According to information from the Thanh Hoa Department of Transport, the entire Nga Son - Hoang Hoa coastal route has 4 bridges, including: My Lien Bridge, Lach Sung Bridge, Nam Khe Bridge and Lach Truong Bridge.

This bridge crosses Lach Truong River (at Km 18+390), located on the border between Hoa Loc commune (Hau Loc) and Hoang Yen commune (Hoang Hoa), with a total investment of more than 400 billion VND.

According to the design, Lach Truong bridge has 30 spans, using Super T girders and cantilever.

At the location of the bridge construction, there are many shrimp ponds of local people. When implementing the construction, the investor and contractors had to compensate for the clearance of 10 shrimp ponds, with an area of ​​3 hectares.

According to Dan Tri reporters, by mid-July, the bridge had basically completed more than 90% of the construction volume, waiting for the bridge surface to be paved and the lighting system to be installed.

The bridge railing item has been completely installed by the contractor.

Water pipes and drainage systems are designed on both sides of the bridge.

As of July 11, the construction unit is urgently building the approach road to the bridge at two locations: Hoa Loc commune (Hau Loc district) and Hoang Yen commune (Hoang Hoa district). In the photo is the approach road to the bridge in Hoang Yen commune.

The construction unit is mobilizing machinery and human resources to urgently fill the soil and roll the foundation to complete the road leading to the bridge.
