FAS Notice

Singaporean media assessed that this was considered a somewhat surprising change by FAS. According to the schedule, the first leg match between Vietnam and Singapore took place at 8:00 p.m. on December 26 at Jalan Besar Stadium (Singapore, capacity of about 6,000 fans). To prepare for this match, FAS announced that it would reserve about 300 tickets for Vietnamese fans and about 5,700 tickets for Singapore fans. Starting on December 22, FAS started selling tickets directly to Singapore fans at the gate of Jalan Besar Stadium. The ticket fever reached its peak and FAS completed the sale in just a few hours.

To win the ASEAN Championship, the Vietnamese team should not depend too much on Xuan Son.

It is expected that at 3pm on December 26, 300 tickets for Vietnamese fans will be sold at Jalan Besar Stadium. “Vietnamese fans will only be given 300 tickets to watch the first leg of the semi-final, each ticket costs 38 Singapore dollars (about 710,000 VND). At the same time, tickets will only be sold 5 hours before the match. However, this plan has now changed and FAS did not specify the reason,” Channel News Asia added.

FAS announced that they will not sell tickets at Jalan Besar Stadium as originally planned.

Following the unexpected change, FAS reiterated the following: “The above plan is set for the safety and benefit of all spectators. The match organizers reserve the right to refuse entry to away fans who violate the regulations. In addition, if they are seated in the wrong area for Singapore spectators, away fans will also be asked to leave the stadium.”
