The contest is expected to take place in mid-October 2023 with the participation of 10 teams, including: 7 teams from 7 districts and cities; 1 team from departments and branches; 1 team from public service units under the Provincial People's Committee and 1 team from state-owned enterprises. Up to now, the Department of Home Affairs has advised the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee to issue a decision to establish the Organizing Committee (OC) of the contest and advised the Chief of the Organizing Committee to issue a decision to establish the Jury, Secretariat, compile the set of questions - answers and contest rules.
Comrade Nguyen Long Bien, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee chaired the meeting.
Speaking at the meeting, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the standing agency and departments, branches and localities to continue to review and implement the proposed work contents according to schedule; promote propaganda work before, during and after the contest; actively prepare carefully in all aspects so that the contest takes place successfully, with quality, efficiency and influence in social life. For the contest teams, he requested to closely follow the theme and main points of the contest's Organizing Committee; integrate the content of public service work into stage plays to improve the effectiveness of legal propaganda work... thereby proposing models, solutions, initiatives and suggestions for the province in implementing public service work and implementing the current grassroots democracy regulations.
