The organizers have prepared 200 booths and plan to add 50 more booths for people in Can Tho and neighboring provinces to sell flowers for Tet At Ty 2025.
The above information was announced by Mr. Ha Vu Son, Director of Can Tho Department of Industry and Trade, at a meeting to provide information on the organization of the At Ty 2025 Spring Flower Market and the Tay Do Tet program on the morning of May 2.
"The organizers will not collect any fees, including space and electricity and water, to create the best conditions for people to participate in the booth," said Mr. Son.
The 2025 Spring Flower Market in Can Tho will be held in the Mai Chi Tho street area (in front of the People's Committee of Cai Rang district) stretching nearly 1km to Tay Do square.
The 2025 Spring Flower Market will take place from January 17-28 (December 18-29) at Tay Do Square (Phu Thu Ward, Cai Rang District, Can Tho City).
According to the Department of Industry and Trade of Can Tho City, continuing with the successful organization of the 2024 spring flower market, the Department, together with the sponsor, 586 Traffic Construction Joint Stock Company, will continue to maintain and provide free flower sales for people during Tet.
The organizers have prepared plans for 200 booths and plan to increase the number by 50 or more. Each booth has a standard area of 24 square meters, but there are also large booths of 50-60 square meters for people to sell large flowers and ornamental plants.

"Our point of view is that sellers will sell at the best price and buyers will buy at the best price," said a representative of the sponsoring unit, adding that six neighboring provinces in the region have registered to participate in the 2025 spring flower market.
Along with the spring flower market, the Tay Do Tet program with the theme of Vietnamese Tet Flow was also held at Tay Do Square. The program aims to promote the culinary culture of the Western provinces with the participation of chefs and culinary associations from provinces and cities across the country.
To prepare for this event, the organizers arranged more than 100 food stalls with specialties and OCOP products from 30 localities nationwide. The event lasted from January 17-23 (December 18-24).
