The story of The Fire of Education - The Journey of Multi-generational Leadership is told by Teacher Nguyen Xuan Khang - Chairman of Marie Cuire Hanoi Education System - one of the first people to build a private education system after the renovation period. Starting from the hardships of "3 no's - no money, no land, no people", going through many hardships, with his mind, determination and compassion, he successfully built an education system with 3 campuses, 10,000 students, 1,000 staff, and especially became a beautiful image of dedication and boundless love for the young generation. Mr. Khanh shared: "When I started, no one believed that private education could exist... But I believe that if we dare to lay the foundation, the next generation will have a way to continue."; "… I have gone through so many difficulties to bring education to the highlands, to let 2,609 Meo Vac students learn English, to build a school in a seemingly impossible place."

The story of teacher Nguyen Khac Ly - Vice Principal of Phung Khac Khoan High School (Thach That, Hanoi) about the journey of making music a subject chosen by more than 30% of students and taught so that they can all play bamboo flutes and guitars at a suburban school without a music teacher. Teacher Ly shared: "Music in school? People say it's impossible... But I believe that students don't just need scores, but also need emotions and feelings. With a guitar, a bamboo flute, we have changed that and all the students study better, develop more comprehensively, their parents are very happy and satisfied."

The story of Ms. Truong Thi Hai Yen - Principal of Le Dinh Chinh Primary School - Krong Buk District, Dak Lak Province also brings confidences about the process of overcoming all difficulties and shortages to utilize AI technology in teaching, spreading the values ​​of Music to the comprehensive development of students in difficult areas, especially students of ethnic minorities in the new era.
