On the afternoon of April 4, at the Kinh Bac Cultural Center, the 20th Provincial Party Executive Committee held the 24th Conference to assess the socio-economic situation in the first quarter, key tasks, solutions and plans for socio-economic growth in the second quarter of 2025 and some other important contents. Comrade Nguyen Anh Tuan, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation chaired the Conference. Concluding the Conference, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Anh Tuan affirmed that the first quarter had seen a breakthrough, achieving many important results in socio-economic development, national security and defense; Urgently implementing the General Secretary's Conclusions and suggestions from the 1913 inspection team. The Provincial Party Committee reviewed and commented on 212 contents, of which 74 new contents arose. In particular, the Executive Committee promptly reorganized the provincial apparatus to operate smoothly, immediately after the reorganization, issued a temporary Regulation, in which unnecessary procedures were removed and administrative reforms were implemented. In addition to many tasks that have been implemented, the Provincial Party Committee Secretary also pointed out the limitations that need to be overcome: Site clearance work is still slow and not drastic; Disbursement of public investment capital is low, tasks assigned according to the Provincial People's Committee's Plan for the sectors have up to 15 tasks that have not been implemented as planned.

Emphasizing that in the coming days, the implementation of the organizational arrangement according to the direction of the Central Government, the massive workload, requires each cadre to change the working speed to keep up with the Central Government and reality. In the immediate future, focus on managing the growth of the province, in which attention is paid to implementing key projects, continuing to handle environmental pollution, handling public assets after the arrangement; Focusing on the project connecting Gia Binh Airport with the capital Hanoi, the province will implement drastically, localities urgently measure, prepare one step ahead in site clearance work. Regarding the operating mechanism, the Standing Committee and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee will have a mechanism to handle urgent and important tasks according to the special green channel mechanism to handle work within 24 hours.

Regarding the implementation of the Provincial Party Committee's Action Program 89 on science, technology, and innovation, the Provincial Party Committee Secretary requested the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee to establish specialized inspection teams for Resolution 57 of the Central Committee on breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation, and national digital transformation.
