Colonel Le Huy - Party Secretary, Political Commissar of Coast Guard Region 2 Command, along with Party members of the Political Department Party Cell and delegates of grassroots Party cells under the Coast Guard Region 2 Party Committee attended the congress.

In the 2020 - 2025 term, the Political Department Party Cell has united, overcome difficulties, and led the unit to excellently complete the task of advising the Standing Committee, Party Committee and Head of the Coast Guard Region 2 Command. The Party Cell has directed Party and political work synchronously and effectively, building a exemplary clean and strong Party Cell, and a comprehensively strong Political Department "Exemplary and exemplary". For two consecutive years, the unit has been awarded the title "Determined to Win Unit" by the Coast Guard Command.
