In the first quarter, Party committees and organizations at all levels focused on leading, directing, disseminating, thoroughly grasping, and fully and promptly implementing resolutions, directives, conclusions, and guiding documents of the Central Executive Committee, the Politburo, the Secretariat, and the Central Inspection Commission on Party inspection, supervision, and discipline work; reviewing, amending, and supplementing regulations, statutes, and instructions on Party inspection, supervision, and discipline work, ensuring scientific, synchronous, unified, and consistent with practical requirements and new regulations of the Central Committee. Leading, directing, and organizing the comprehensive implementation of tasks according to the requirements of the Party's charter; inspections and supervisions were implemented in accordance with regulations and procedures, ensuring democracy, impartiality, and objectivity. Inspection Commissions at all levels focused on inspecting and strictly handling violating Party organizations and Party members, contributing to affirming the responsibility and high determination in Party building and rectification work.
In the first quarter, Party committees at all levels inspected 16 Party organizations and 28 Party members (13 of whom were Party committee members); concluded that 7 Party organizations and 12 Party members, of which 2 Party organizations and 8 Party members did not perform well in the inspection content, had violations and shortcomings in 5 Party members, to the extent that disciplinary action had to be taken and are considering and disciplining 5 Party members. Party committees at all levels supervised 9 Party organizations and 7 Party members (5 Party members were Party committee members); Inspection Commissions at all levels supervised 4 Party organizations and 10 Party members.
At the conference, delegates discussed and pointed out a number of shortcomings, limitations and causes of problems in the inspection and supervision work in the first quarter of 2024. At the same time, they proposed and highly agreed on tasks to enhance the effectiveness and quality of inspection, supervision and Party discipline enforcement work in the second quarter of 2024 with 11 key tasks.
