Attending the conference were members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee; representatives of the Central Party Committees and the Central Party Office; Standing Committee of the People's Council, leaders of the People's Committee, the Fatherland Front Committee, the National Assembly Delegation of the province; leaders of departments, branches, districts and cities.
Political reports need to be concise, easy to remember, easy to understand, and easy to implement.
At the conference, the Provincial Party Standing Committee and delegates focused on discussing and giving opinions on the Political Report of the 17th Provincial Party Executive Committee and draft thematic reports of the Provincial Party Executive Committee to be submitted to the 18th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030.

The Provincial Party Secretary emphasized that the draft Political Report of the Provincial Party Committee has been commented on for the fifth time. He asked the delegates to promote their sense of responsibility and continue to contribute their opinions to complete the draft. He noted that the political report needs to continue to absorb new policies of the Central Committee; update the situation and results of the implementation of Resolution 18 of the 12th Central Committee on the organization and apparatus of the political system.

Along with that, clearly define the orientation, requirements, motivation, general goals, and specific targets for the 2025 - 2030 period so that Tuyen Quang can continue to develop, firmly entering the new era of the nation with the whole country. The congress theme needs to be concise, easy to understand, easy to remember, and all cadres, party members, and the masses can understand and apply it.
During the discussion, delegates basically agreed with the content of the 5th draft and said that the Report had been carefully, thoroughly, scientifically and comprehensively prepared; the sections and items of the draft were presented reasonably. Opinions focused on analyzing and giving opinions on the title of the Congress; results of the assessment of the implementation of the Resolution of the 17th Provincial Party Congress; general direction; action motto; main targets for the 2025-2030 term. At the same time, they suggested adding issues and contents to make the report more comprehensive.

The Provincial Party Secretary highly appreciated the Congress Document Editorial Team for upholding a sense of responsibility and working very seriously in the process of drafting the political report to be submitted to the 18th Provincial Party Congress. The Provincial Party Secretary also highly appreciated the comments contributed at the conference.
He requested the Editorial Team to absorb and refine to continue to supplement and perfect the political report, ensuring quality; at the same time, actively prepare to collect comments from experts, scientists, former provincial leaders and all cadres, party members and people. Sectors and agencies continue to uphold the sense of responsibility, proactively review and update specific situations, key solutions that need to be focused on implementing in the coming term to supplement the report.

Carefully prepare for Party congresses at all levels
The conference also listened to and commented on the report on the preparation and organization of Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term; discussed the draft Plan of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on organizing the collection of opinions on draft documents to be submitted to the congress.

The Provincial Party Secretary requested that sectors and localities continue to closely follow the direction of the Central and the province on leading and directing Party congresses at all levels; and have solutions to overcome shortcomings and limitations in the organization and implementation of Party congresses at all levels in the recent past.
In particular, we pay attention to doing a good job of preparing facilities, building plans to successfully organize the congress; strengthening propaganda work in many forms to create consensus in public opinion and the masses so that this is truly a widespread political activity in the whole province.

In addition to focusing on building political reports, sectors and localities need to pay attention to building review reports of the Executive Committee; clearly stating lessons learned; tasks and solutions for the new term; doing a good job of personnel work for the congress; grasping the thoughts and aspirations of the people, promptly handling arising issues right from the grassroots to maintain political stability, social order and safety to serve the congress; strengthening coordination between sectors and localities.
