According to the update on the morning of March 24 (Moscow time) of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations, the number of people injured after the terrorist attack at the Crocus City Hall concert hall in Krasnogorsk, a suburb of Moscow, has increased to 152. The Ministry said that the number of casualties up to now is 285 people, of which 133 people died (including 3 children). This is one of the terrorist attacks with the largest casualties in Russia in the past 25 years.
The Embassy of the Russian Federation in Vietnam will open a condolence book to pay respects to the victims on March 25 and 26 from 9:00 to 11:00 and from 15:00 to 17:00. On March 27 from 9:00 to 11:00 at the Embassy headquarters, 191 La Thanh, Hanoi.
Condolence books will also be opened at the same time at the Consulate General of the Russian Federation in Da Nang (No. 22 Tran Phu) and Ho Chi Minh City (No. 40 Ba Huyen Thanh Quan, District 3) .
