The Provincial Party Committee's Retired Party Association was established in 1999. To date, the Association has 163 members, operating in 10 branches. In 2024, the Association has effectively maintained activities such as propagating and mobilizing members to well implement the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's laws and policies, and participating in local emulation movements.
Members always uphold revolutionary traditions, maintain the moral qualities of party members, actively participate in local activities, set an example in following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style; continue to make important contributions to the cause of building and developing the homeland.
Standing members of the Provincial Party Committee presented flowers to congratulate the Provincial Party Committee's Retirees Association.
The members actively and qualitatively participated in many of the draft resolutions of the Party cells, grassroots Party committees and through voter contacts with National Assembly deputies and People's Councils at all levels. The Association also organized many meaningful activities such as visiting and encouraging members when they were sick, wishing longevity to elderly members, and developing new members.
Speaking at the meeting, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Ha Thi Nga informed about some results and orientations for socio-economic development of the province, and affirmed the important contributions of retired members of the Provincial Party Committee in promoting revolutionary qualities and actively participating in Party and government building work in the locality.

The Provincial Party Secretary hopes that the Provincial Party Committee's Retired Association will continue to improve the quality and effectiveness of its activities, and build an increasingly strong Association. Members will continue to promote the spirit of "Old age - Bright example"; be a bright example, propagate and mobilize their families and people to well implement the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws, and the province's socio-economic development orientations and programs.
Along with that, actively participate and contribute valuable experience in Party building and political system building, contributing to building Tuyen Quang province into a "fairly developed, comprehensive and sustainable province in the Northern mountainous region".
The Provincial Party Committee's Retirement Association wishes its members longevity.
The meeting took place in a warm and united atmosphere, showing the close affection of the members, affirming the important role of the Retirement Association in the political and social life of the province. On this occasion, the Retirement Association of the Provincial Party Committee organized a birthday celebration for 24 members from 70 to 90 years old.
