Accordingly, with contributions from members and additional social mobilization, the Provincial Veterans Business Association has provided financial support to 4 families of veteran members in difficult circumstances or affected by natural disasters to build houses (2 members in Bao Yen district, 2 members in Bat Xat district) with a total cost of 180 million VND.

After the construction period, the houses were completed with large, spacious, clean and beautiful areas, helping veteran members feel secure in living and working. This is a practical activity, expressing the deep affection and gratitude of comrades and benefactors for the contributions of veterans in the cause of building and defending the Fatherland.

It is known that, in addition to mobilizing funds to support the construction of "Comradely Love" houses, in recent years, the Provincial Veterans Business Association has also organized many charitable and humanitarian programs and activities aimed at veteran members in difficult circumstances or other vulnerable groups in society, such as: Supporting seeds, capital, production and business experience; giving gifts on holidays, New Year, anniversaries; creating jobs for members, children of veteran members, etc.
In the near future, the Lao Cai Province Veterans Business Association will continue to survey and provide funding to support the construction of two more "Comradely Love" houses and organize a delegation for cadres, members, and veteran businessmen to revisit the old battlefields to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day.
