Based on the management of the Ministry of Industry and Trade - Ministry of Finance, petroleum businesses simultaneously adjusted petroleum prices from 3:00 p.m. today (April 3).
Accordingly, in today's adjustment period, the prices of all types of gasoline and oil are adjusted up compared to the previous adjustment period.
Specifically, the price of RON 95 gasoline (the popular type on the market) increased by 490 VND/liter, the selling price is 20,910 VND/liter.
Similarly, the price of E5 gasoline was also adjusted up by 340 VND/liter, the selling price is at 20,370 VND/liter.
Diesel price was adjusted up 260 VND/liter, selling price is 18,470 VND/liter.
In today's management session, the Ministry of Industry and Trade - Ministry of Finance continued not to use the Price Stabilization Fund for petroleum products.
In the most recent management session (March 27), the management agency decided to increase the price of RON 95 gasoline by 340 VND/liter, the retail price is 20,420 VND/liter.
Similarly, the price of E5 gasoline was also adjusted up by 340 VND/liter, the selling price is at 20,030 VND/liter.
Diesel price was adjusted up by 320 VND/liter, selling price at 18,210 VND/liter.
According to Circular 18, from May 2, the mechanism for managing gasoline prices will change, there will no longer be a joint Finance - Industry and Trade group as at present. Instead, the Ministry of Industry and Trade will announce the base price and selling price of gasoline and oil products based on input data and written comments from the Ministry of Finance.
