In 2024, despite facing a challenging and difficult economic context, Agribank is still determined to carry out its mission of improving the quality of human resources. Agribank's training work has undergone many important changes in terms of innovation in content and teaching methods. The training program and content are practical, in line with the trend of digital transformation and sustainable development, timely, updated with newly issued legal documents, and at the same time harmoniously combining training according to management and operational requirements with the need to raise awareness of the majority of learners. In particular, promoting the application of technology has opened up a modern learning environment, encouraging employees to proactively learn and develop themselves, contributing to improving the quality of human resources to quickly adapt to the requirements of sustainable development and digital transformation.
Speaking at the Program, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Ha - Director of the Vocational Training School reported on some outstanding results that the Vocational Training School has achieved in 2024, specifically: Building and completing the draft Training Strategy Project and Training Program Framework for each professional position of the units from the Head Office to the branches. In 2024, the entire system organized training for 359,985 people, of which the Vocational Training School is the focal point for implementing the training, testing and examination plan in the system, organizing 43 training programs with a total of 223 classes for 188,695 students, the total number of training days reached 90,991 days; Deploying 08 online training programs including: 14 classes introducing ABIC's insurance products, 14 classes on corporate culture, 23 classes on credit operations and accounting for newly recruited staff, 12 classes on information security for users, 12 classes on ESG Overview in banking operations and at Agribank, 12 classes on Customer Service Standards, 01 class on Data Analysis and Processing, training 451 staff during the probationary period; Organizing professional tests at the Head Office, Regional Representative Offices, public service units and type I branches; Focal point for developing a bank of exam questions to serve professional testing in the system and units at the Head Office, branches and internal recruitment exams at the Head Office; Successfully organized the Excellent Teller Contest for 285 tellers connecting online with branches in the entire system, thereby creating a healthy playground, exciting competitive atmosphere, enhancing communication, learning, and experience exchange between units in the system, and at the same time selecting good, brave, and excellent tellers to commend, honor, and continue to train and foster to develop high-quality human resources for Agribank.
These achievements are thanks to the attention and close direction of the Party Committee, the Board of Directors of Agribank, the close coordination of units at the Head Office, the active participation of internal lecturers and the efforts of the Board of Directors and all staff of the Vocational Training School.

Acknowledging the efforts and endeavors of the collective of cadres and employees of the Vocational Training School as well as the internal teaching staff in the cause of innovating training work, completing the goal of creating human resources for the construction and development of Agribank, the General Director affirmed: The achievements in training work in 2024 could not have been achieved without the efforts, enthusiasm and continuous dedication of the team of lecturers, training staff, and the support of branches and units in the whole system. All of these contributions have created a solid foundation for Agribank's sustainable development in this period of change and opportunity.
Faced with the demands placed on training in the context of increasingly fierce competition, opportunities and challenges from the 4.0 industrial revolution, General Director Pham Toan Vuong requested the collective of leaders, lecturers, and employees working in training in the system, the Vocational Training School to continue to innovate thinking in training; Strongly apply technology to training; Improve the quality of the teaching staff; Build a culture of lifelong learning; Develop soft skills and professional ethics to bring Agribank's training activities to a higher level. He affirmed that the responsibility of training belongs to each individual and unit, and the participation of the entire system is needed so that training can truly spread, become a regular, voluntary and responsible task of leaders at all levels and all officers and employees of Agribank. The General Director believes that, with the constant support, determination and creativity of the entire team, Agribank's training work will continue to be a solid foundation and a strong driving force for Agribank to reach far and high on the journey to conquer great goals.
