
Previously, at the conference on October 17, 2023, the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development received 38 comments (of which the Department accepted 21 comments and reserved 17 comments) to complete the draft Resolution, ensuring that the policy after promulgation is effective and close to reality.
At today's conference, representatives of Tua Chua district continued to propose additional policies to support the development of Tua Chua ancient tea products; Muong Nhe district proposed to add more types of fish to be supported to suit local conditions. Muong Nhe and Dien Bien Dong districts both proposed to increase the support level for the following contents: forces in villages and hamlets participating in vaccination work; support for chemicals for spraying during the month of disinfection; vaccination wages. At the same time, it is proposed that the Resolution should include content to support technical knowledge training for cadres, veterinarians... Dien Bien district proposed to clarify and supplement concepts such as: organic fertilizer; the contents and support levels should be unified and regulated at a common level, not divided into regions.

Concluding the conference, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Lo Van Tien agreed to name the resolution as drafted: "Resolution promulgating regulations on policies to support the development of agricultural and forestry production associated with new rural construction in Dien Bien province". Implementation funding includes: Local budget and capital entrusted through the Social Policy Bank. Agreed to include policies on tea trees in the Resolution. At the same time, the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, based on the opinions of delegates at the 2 conferences, was assigned to complete the draft Resolution before November 6 to submit to the Provincial People's Committee meeting.
