Through implementation, the Party organization system at all levels, the State apparatus from the Central to the grassroots level, the organization of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations have been innovated in a streamlined direction, promoting effectiveness and efficiency.

National development in the era of national growth

General Secretary To Lam pointed out that the review of the implementation of Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW must be conducted objectively, democratically, scientifically, specifically, deeply, and receptively; it must be implemented urgently but must ensure caution, certainty, uphold principles, listen to and absorb the contributions of experts, scientists, and experiences of other countries... as a basis for proposing measures to build a streamlined, effective, and efficient organizational model, ensuring comprehensiveness, synchronization, connectivity, and unity. Determined to complete the review of the implementation of Resolution 18-NQ/TW and report to the Party Central Committee on the plan to arrange and perfect the organization and apparatus of the political system in the first quarter of 2025.

General Secretary To Lam requested to focus on implementing solutions to remove bottlenecks and bottlenecks in development institutions - the key for the country to enter the era of development.
