Coach Kiatisuk led HAGL since the beginning of 2021, he helped the mountain town team play well and lead the V-League 2021 after 12 rounds. However, the tournament was later canceled due to covid-19. HAGL was then awarded a place in the AFC Champions League 2022 and they hosted Group H at Thong Nhat Stadium but did not advance past the group stage.

Returning to V-League 2022, HAGL only ranked eighth and V-League 2023, they did not play well and had to go down to the relegation group. By the 2023-2024 season, after eight rounds, HAGL had only won one match, drawn two and was at the bottom of the table. Along with Mr. Duc changing the team's name and cooperating with Mr. Thuy, these two bosses agreed to let Kiatisuk move to CAHN until the end of the season.

Compared to when he was leading HAGL, at CAHN, Kiatisuk has a much better quality squad with many stars such as Nguyen Filip, Doan Van Hau, Bui Hoang Viet Anh, Phan Van Duc, Ho Tan Tai, Nguyen Quang Hai...

"Quang Hai, Van Hau, Van Duc, Van Thanh, Tan Tai... all have good foundations and technical and tactical thinking. I want to pass on my experience to help them," Kiatisuk said. He also aims to help Quang Hai become more famous, not only in the region but also on the continent. "Quang Hai needs to play enough matches, each match 90 minutes to further improve his skills," "Thai Zico" said.

In V-League 2023-2024, after 8 rounds, CAHN is currently in fifth place with 12 points, seven points behind leader Nam Dinh. Coach Kiatisuk will debut with the match between CAHN and TP HCM in round 9 on February 18 at Hang Day Stadium.
