Over the first 3 quarters of this year, in Ham Tan district, there were 10 completed construction works with a total investment of more than 99 billion VND, including 7 projects with capital from the higher budget and 3 projects with capital from the district budget. Mainly works in the field of transportation: Road to the 64-hectare production area of ethnic minorities in Suoi Mau village - Tan Ha commune; Road to the production area of Song Dinh 3 lake - Tan Phuc commune; Song Phan - Tan Nghia inter-commune road. Or works serving educational work such as Song Phan 2 Primary School (item: Learning service block), Thang Hai 1 Primary School (item: Administrative block, learning service block, fence gate, internal road, garage), Tan Phuc Kindergarten (item: Functional room, principal's room) ...
Up to now, in Ham Tan area, there are also 25 projects continuing to be implemented with a total investment of more than 218 billion VND, including 14 projects with capital from the higher budget and 11 projects with capital from the district budget. Of which, many projects transferred from 2022 to 2023 are being constructed towards urban embellishment, meeting the requirements of education and training, serving culture - sports, investing in infrastructure outside the fence of industrial clusters... In addition, in the near future, the locality also has 8 projects expected to start construction in 2023 (total investment of more than 32 billion VND) and nearly 40 projects expected to be invested in the period 2024 - 2025, 2026 - 2030 (total investment of about 643.2 billion VND).
Most of the projects expected to start construction are from the district budget to focus on upgrading and expanding the public lighting system or repairing and renovating the Welcome Gate of the District Administrative Center, renovating gardens and trees, investing in the entertainment area for children and the elderly in Tan Duc commune... While the projects expected to be implemented in the next stages are aimed at developing and completing the bridge - road system, schools, investing in reservoirs, and saltwater prevention dykes in Ham Tan. Along with that, focusing on building working headquarters for commune-level units, adjusting the general urban construction planning (expansion) of towns, investing in the online meeting system at the commune - district level, the Multi-purpose Cultural House of Tan Duc commune...
In the coming time, especially in the last months of 2023, the local government will continue to direct functional departments and related units to speed up the progress of project implementation, contributing to bringing the disbursement rate of public investment capital of the district to meet the set requirements. In addition, it is necessary to urgently implement and complete documents to start new projects, urge construction units to speed up the progress and when there is a completed volume, it is necessary to conduct acceptance and complete documents to promptly pay capital, not to accumulate completed volume to make payment documents at the end of the year. For cases where projects are still stuck in compensation and site clearance, it is necessary to actively direct functional branches to coordinate to resolve them effectively.
According to the results of public investment capital disbursement in the first 3 quarters of this year, Ham Tan district is recognized as being among the group of investors with the highest implementation rate in the whole province with more than 73% and will strive to disburse 100% of the capital plan by the end of the year...
