The meeting will be attended by military representatives from this country and several other countries in the capital Ankara from April 15 to 16, but it is not clear which side will attend.
CNN's Turkey bureau, citing sources in the Turkish Defense Ministry, said Russian and Ukrainian officials will also meet at the Naval Command headquarters in Ankara to discuss the Black Sea issue. Turkey is trying to push for solutions to end the long-running conflict in Ukraine.

Russia and Ukraine have not yet commented on the above information.
Previously, on March 25, the White House announced that both Russia and Ukraine agreed to stop attacking ships in the Black Sea, after separate negotiations between the US and delegations of the two countries took place in Saudi Arabia.
Russia later confirmed that it had agreed with the US on ensuring the safety of navigation in the Black Sea. But it also stressed that the parties needed to remove barriers to Russian food and fertilizer exports before activating the new Black Sea agreement.
Ukraine also said that the US-brokered agreement to stop attacks on the Black Sea and energy infrastructure was the right move. However, Ukraine said it had the right to defend itself if Russian warships moved away from the eastern Black Sea, saying this would violate the agreement.
