The Dien Hong Award was first launched in 2023, attracting widespread attention from all walks of life and positive responses from domestic and international press agencies. After 2 years of implementation, the Dien Hong Award has become an annual national press award for writing about the National Assembly and People's Councils.
On January 5, the Organizing Committee held a summary and award ceremony for the 2nd Dien Hong Award in 2024 and launched the 3rd Dien Hong Award in 2025.

Continuing to respond to the 3rd Dien Hong Award, we request that press agencies in the province, reporters and collaborators actively organize, implement and participate in the award. The participating works need to closely follow the key tasks, focusing on reflecting and analyzing in depth the activities of the National Assembly, People's Councils at all levels and elected representatives in all fields.
The works participating in the contest are those published and broadcast from December 6, 2023 to November 5, 2024.
At the ceremony, the Provincial People's Council presented flowers to congratulate the authors who won the 2nd Dien Hong Award in 2024. Among them, the group of reporters from Ha Tinh Newspaper (Tien Dung - Thu Ha - Thanh Hoai - Thuy Duong - Dinh Tuan - Mai Thuy - Thanh Nam) won the C prize with the series of articles "Decisions to create motivation for Ha Tinh to break through"; 1 writer working at the People's Council of Hong Linh town participated in the group of authors from the People's Representative Newspaper and won the A prize with the series of articles: "Which sword is the most valuable for power monitoring activities".
