Hanoi pays tribute to former leaders of the Army and Ministry of National Defense

Comrade Dang Quan Thuy was the former Commander of Military Region II; former member of the Party Central Committee, term VII, former National Assembly delegate of the terms VIII and IX; former Vice Chairman of the National Assembly and Chairman of the National Defense and Security Committee of the National Assembly, term IX.

The delegation also came to burn incense in memory of General Van Tien Dung (1917-2002) - former member of the Politburo, former Secretary of the Central Military Party Committee (now the Central Military Commission), former Minister of National Defense.

Informing Lieutenant General Dang Quan Thuy and the family of General Van Tien Dung about the socio-economic development situation of the capital, Head of the Hanoi Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission, said that up to now, Hanoi has basically completed its general socio-economic goals. It is expected that 23/24 targets will be completed as planned, of which 6 targets will exceed the plan.
