TPO - Hanoi will build two new urban areas in Thanh Tri district. These are the C3-1 New Urban Area Construction Investment Project in Dai Ang Commune with an investment of VND4,463 billion and the Lien Ninh New Urban Area Construction Investment Project in Lien Ninh Commune with an implementation cost of about VND1,122.7 billion.
The Hanoi People's Committee has just issued a decision approving the preliminary requirements on the capacity and experience of investors registering to implement the investment project to build the new urban area C3-1, Dai Ang commune, Thanh Tri district (Hanoi).
Accordingly, the total land area for research according to the planning is 274,265 m2. Of which, the land area of the projects that the investor is responsible for researching to renovate and synchronize the technical infrastructure and social infrastructure of the area is about 56,756.48 m2.
The land area of the project is about 217,508.73m2. Including new housing projects (twin villas, single villas, commercial apartments, social housing, etc.). The expected population of the urban area is about 6,759 people.
The total estimated cost of the project (excluding compensation, support, and resettlement costs; land use fees and land rent) is VND 4,463 billion. In addition, the cost of compensation, support, and resettlement is approximately VND 204.5 billion.
The project's operating period is 50 years, calculated from the date the investor is decided to allocate or lease land.
Project implementation schedule: 2023 - 2029.
The project implementation location is at the planning land plot marked C3-1, in Dai Ang commune, Thanh Tri district.

Accordingly, the total land area for planning research is about 300,975m2. The land use scale of the project is about 276,934.5m2. Including residential green land, public land, school buildings, land for traffic construction... with a population of about 4,500 people.
The total preliminary cost of the project is about 1,122.7 billion VND. In addition, the cost of compensation, support and resettlement is about 250.1 billion VND.
The project's operating period is 50 years, calculated from the date the investor is decided to allocate or lease land.
The project will be implemented in the period 2023 - 2028 in Lien Ninh, Ngoc Hoi, Tu Hiep communes (Thanh Tri district).
In the above decisions, the Hanoi People's Committee also requested clarification of the investor's capacity and experience. Investors prepare documents according to regulations and submit them via the National Bidding Network within the announced deadline.
