Hanoi puts into use a series of shared virtual assistant software

Implementing the direction of the Party Central Committee and the Politburo on implementing Resolution 57, the Hanoi Party Committee has agreed on the policy of centralized and synchronous management, creating breakthroughs in the application of science and technology, innovation and digital transformation.

To concretize this goal, the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee has issued a decision on the list of shared digital transformation applications at 3 levels, applied in all Party, government, Fatherland Front agencies and socio-political organizations of the City.

Accordingly, Hanoi launched shared digital transformation applications on the morning of March 3. These applications include the city's document management and administration system for Party agencies, the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations at all levels, software for building work programs and work schedules of the City Party Committee, Virtual Assistant software for document Q&A and Virtual Assistant software to support verification and appraisal.

This is not only an important step to improve management and operation efficiency but also the foundation for building a modern, transparent political system that better meets the needs of people and businesses, contributing to promoting the sustainable development of the capital in the digital age.

This morning, four agencies including the Office of the City Party Committee, Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the City People's Council, Office of the City People's Committee and the City Public Administration Service Center signed a competition agreement to affirm the leading role of the Capital in innovation and digital transformation.

Specifically, the City People's Committee Office will advise and develop breakthrough mechanisms and policies on innovation, digital transformation, and promoting socio-economic development.

This unit will build a model of a "model digital office", applying advanced technology (AI, Blockchain, virtual reality...) to improve management and operation efficiency.

Meanwhile, the City Public Administration Service Center will ensure 100% of essential public services reach level 4, integrating big data and AI to support people and businesses.

The City Public Administration Service Center aims to process 100% of administrative procedures on a digital platform, raising the satisfaction level of citizens and businesses to over 95%. Hanoi will build a transparent and efficient digital public service ecosystem, integrating multi-sectoral interconnected data.
