Hanoi announces 10th grade specialized benchmark scores, highest is 42.25 points

Hanoi Department of Education and Training has just announced the 10th grade specialized benchmark scores in 2024:

Accordingly, the highest admission score to Hanoi - Amsterdam High School for the Gifted is for math with 42.25 points, the lowest is for geography with 37 points.

The school's dual baccalaureate entrance score is 38.98.

The highest admission score to Nguyen Hue High School for the Gifted is for math with 39 points, the lowest is for chemistry with 34.65.

The highest admission score to Chu Van An High School is for math majors with 40 points, the lowest is for history majors with 32.5 points.

The school's French bilingual class benchmark is 42.5.

The benchmark for the dual baccalaureate class is 35.25.

The highest admission score to Son Tay High School is 33.5 for math and literature majors, the lowest is for history majors with 27.75.

This year, Hanoi assigned the 10th grade enrollment target to 119 public high schools to recruit 1,657 new classes and 73,695 students.

Of which, 4 specialized schools and specialized classes recruited 82 new classes and 2,970 students.

8 autonomous public high schools recruit 85 new classes and 3,555 students.

The total target is 77,250 students. Compared to 2023, the total target increased by more than 1,500 students.

In addition, Hanoi also has 4 specialized high schools affiliated with universities, helping to increase the number of public school places in the city to about 81,000.
