On the evening of October 17, the Provincial Cultural Center organized a program to introduce and promote musical works in 2023.
This is the second installment in 2023, introducing and promoting award-winning songs and new compositions in the current period to a wide audience of music lovers.

At the music night, the Organizing Committee introduced new and award-winning musical works by authors such as: “Silent ferry trips”, “My friend! let’s be happy” by author JohnB; “Push the waves”, “Day xa em”, “Dak Lak my homeland” by author Khac Dung; “Happy to welcome the Congress”, “Vietnamese children - cultivating virtue and talent” by authors Dinh Ty - Thuy Hien…

On this occasion, authors JohnB and Khac Dung had an interaction with the audience, sharing about their passion for music and future plans.
Author JohnB (born in 1969), real name Hoa Cong Hoang, was born and raised in Dak Lak, has 15 years of music composition experience. The works JohnB brings to the program were all composed in May 2023.

Author Khac Dung (born in 1958), former Deputy Director of the Cultural House of Krong Pac district. He has composed music since 1987, and has about 100 works to date; of which 7 are about Krong Pac district, where he lives and works. The work “Dak Lak, my homeland” introduced in the program won third prize in the “Songwriting Contest about Krong Pac” organized by the People’s Committee of Krong Pac district in 2015.
It is expected that in November 2023, the third program to introduce and promote musical works will continue with many innovations, more attractive and closer to the public.
