How are driving licenses changed and reissued according to new regulations of the Ministry of Public Security?

According to the new regulations, the exchange and re-issuance of driving licenses will have some important adjustments as follows:

Class A1 driving license: Will be changed and reissued to Class A driving license. However, the holder of this license is only allowed to drive two-wheeled motorbikes with a cylinder capacity of less than 175cm³ or motorbikes with an electric motor capacity of less than 14kW. This regulation aims to more strictly control the use of large-capacity motorbikes, ensuring traffic safety.

Class A2 driving license: Can be changed or reissued to a Class A driving license, allowing the right to drive larger displacement motorbikes.

Class A3 driver's license: Will be changed and reissued to Class B1 driver's license, allowing the owner to drive a car but not an automatic car.

Class A1 driving license can be changed or reissued to Class A driving license with the restriction that only two-wheeled motorbikes with cylinder capacity under 175cm3 can be driven.

Class A4 driving license: Can be changed or reissued to a specialized motorcycle driving certificate for drivers of tractors with a load capacity of up to 1,000 kg. In addition, the owner must also participate in training on road traffic laws.

Class B1 automatic driving license: Can be exchanged or reissued to a Class B driving license with the condition that the owner is only allowed to drive automatic cars.

Class B1, B2 driving license: Can be changed or reissued to Class B or C1 driving license, allowing driving cars and additional rights to drive tractors with a load capacity of up to 3,500 kg.

Class C driving license: Maintain the same class and can be changed or reissued with a specialized motorcycle driving certificate for drivers of tractors with a load capacity of over 3,500 kg.

Class D driving license: Will be changed and reissued to class D2 driving license, expanding the right to drive passenger vehicles with large loads, and adding a certificate to drive tractors with a load capacity of over 3,500kg.

Class E driver's license: Can be exchanged or reissued to a class D driver's license, with similar powers but limited to driving smaller passenger vehicles.

FB2 driving license: Will be changed or reissued to BE or C1E driving license, allowing to drive cars pulling small trailers and tractors with a load capacity of up to 3,500kg.

FC class driving license: Can be changed or reissued to CE class driving license, for drivers of heavy trucks and tractors with a load capacity of over 3,500kg.

FD class driver's license: Will be changed and reissued to D2E class driver's license, allowing to drive large passenger cars and tractors with a load capacity of over 3,500kg.

FE class driver's license: Will be changed and reissued to DE class driver's license, for drivers of passenger cars and similar vehicles, with a certificate to drive tractors with a load capacity of over 3,500kg.

These changes not only help to clearly classify the types of driving licenses, but also improve the quality and safety of traffic nationwide.
