Exchange model "Building happy family"

This is a practical activity in response to the implementation of the theme of family work in 2024 "Happy family - prosperous nation"; National action month on preventing and combating domestic violence "Ending violence, fostering love" associated with the implementation of the Campaign "Building a family of 5 no's, 3 clean's", "5 yes's, 3 clean's".

In recent years, the Party and State have paid much attention to the work of building Vietnamese families in the new situation. The system of legal framework documents is the basis for women's unions at all levels to promote their roles, functions and tasks in promoting and implementing activities to build happy and sustainable families. Notable ones are Directive 06-CT/TW dated June 24, 2021 of the Secretariat on strengthening the Party's leadership in family building in the new situation; Project 498 on "Reducing child marriage and consanguineous marriage in ethnic minority areas"; Project 938 on "Propaganda, education, mobilization and support for women to participate in solving a number of social issues related to women in the period 2017 - 2027".

In the system of women's unions at all levels in the province, for the 2021-2026 term, family work is identified as one of the key tasks associated with the implementation of the emulation movement "Building Vietnamese women of the new era".

Women's unions at all levels in the province have promoted their role as representative organizations to protect the legitimate rights and interests of women of all classes. Mobilizing and supporting women to build prosperous, progressive, happy and civilized families is one of the core tasks throughout. There have been many new models, good, effective and creative ways to promote and support women to build happy families through the implementation of emulation movements, campaigns, programs and projects of the union.

In implementing Project 938, from 2017 to present, the association at all levels has organized more than 600 training courses, more than 2,000 communication sessions; 320 competitions, forums, seminars, talks, exchanges, and dialogue conferences; at the provincial level, 27 new models have been established with the theme of building happy families.

Implementing the Campaign "Building a family of 5 no, 3 clean" has had many models that have been focused on directing the construction and effective maintenance by the union at all levels. Thereby supporting women in a synchronous and comprehensive manner with specific criteria, both bringing practical benefits to women themselves, their families and the community, and being a suitable activity for women to participate in building new rural areas and building civilized urban areas.

At the meeting, delegates shared communication initiatives in implementing Project 938, the Campaign "Building a family of 5 no's, 3 clean's"; participated in the discussion "Giving love, multiplying happiness"; and commended exemplary families in localities.
