The Women's Union of Yen Lap district has just organized a Festival to introduce and connect the consumption of OCOP products and safe agricultural products for women in ethnic minority and mountainous areas in 2024 in Xuan An commune. This is an activity in implementing Project 8 under the National Target Program on Socio-Economic Development in Ethnic Minorities and Mountainous Areas, Phase I, from 2021-2025.
Many typical products of Dao ethnic people in Nga Hoang commune are displayed and introduced.
There were 17 booths of the Women's Union of communes and towns with over 200 products; including 11 booths from ethnic minority areas, with 15 3-star and 4-star OCOP products. From the budget for Project 8, the District Women's Union supported women's union members with OCOP products, safe agricultural products of the district, traditional and unique products, with origin, ensuring hygiene and food safety for consumers.

This is an activity to introduce, promote and strengthen connections, consumption of OCOP products, safe agricultural products of women in ethnic minority and mountainous areas; contribute to promoting connections, building networks, mobilizing resources of organizations and individuals to support livelihoods for women entrepreneurs, especially vulnerable groups.
