Specifically, many localities such as Dak Lak, Quang Binh, Quang Tri, Thua Thien Hue, Quang Ngai and Binh Dinh recorded a decrease of 1,000 VND/kg, bringing the common purchase price to 71,000 - 73,000 VND/kg.
Notably, Khanh Hoa was the region with the sharpest decrease, down 2,000 VND/kg, down to 72,000 VND/kg. Meanwhile, localities such as Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Quang Nam, Lam Dong, Ninh Thuan and Binh Thuan kept prices stable compared to the morning, with prices ranging from 71,000 to 73,000 VND/kg.

Notably, Soc Trang is the region with the sharpest decrease, down 2,000 VND/kg, down to 77,000 VND/kg. Meanwhile, provinces such as Vinh Long, An Giang, Can Tho, Tien Giang and Ca Mau still maintain high prices, from 78,000 to 79,000 VND/kg, leading the country.
