Social housing for people with revolutionary contributions on Vu Mong Nguyen Street has a total investment of 223.82 billion VND.

The project scale includes 12 floors, 01 basement, 01 attic floor with synchronous investment in green landscape infrastructure. The total construction floor area is 22,172m2; 209 apartments are arranged, with an area of 65÷77m2/each apartment.

The Social Housing Project for People with Meritorious Services to the Revolution on Vu Mong Nguyen Street is a key project of great significance to the city, part of the program to implement the Project "Building social housing complexes for families with Meritorious Services to the Revolution with housing difficulties in Da Nang City from 2020 to 2025".

At the same time, contributing to the goal of "Repaying gratitude", ensuring that families of people with meritorious services to the revolution in the city who are facing housing difficulties will have stable accommodation; creating conditions for people with meritorious services to improve their lives, ensuring the goal of "Households of people with meritorious services have a standard of living equal to or higher than the average standard of living of local residents".

Chairman of the City People's Council Ngo Xuan Thang and Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Thi Anh visited the social housing for people with revolutionary contributions on Vu Mong Nguyen Street.

Vice Chairwoman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Thi Anh Thi acknowledged, commended and highly appreciated the efforts of the investor, contractors and relevant departments and branches in planning, designing, organizing construction of the project and the active coordination of local authorities, organizations and unions where the project was built.
