FPT buys 100% capital of Next Advanced Communications Japan

FPT Corporation announced the acquisition of 100% capital of Next Advanced Communications NAC Co., Ltd. (NAC) - a Japanese IT services company, doubling its customer base and service portfolio and consolidating its position in this market. This is also FPT's first M&A deal in Japan.

This deal is a step in line with its global expansion strategy and allows FPT to take advantage of NAC’s experienced and highly-skilled workforce in strategic consulting, structural design, technology system planning, design, development and operations. NAC also has a team of nearly 300 high-quality engineers, many of whom are in the world’s Top 40 in Salesforce, CRM, etc.

“We look forward to developing a team of talented Japanese engineers and collaborating with local businesses to help our customers maintain business continuity despite geopolitical challenges. I believe that the NAC and FPT teams in Japan will stick together and cooperate to take the company to new heights,” said Do Van Khac, Deputy General Director of FPT Software (a member company of FPT Corporation), General Director of FPT Japan.

After two decades in the Japanese market, FPT is one of the foreign technology companies with the largest number of employees here. With 2,900 employees working directly at 16 offices and development centers in Japan and nearly 15,000 employees working for the Japanese market from all over the world, FPT Japan has been providing services and solutions to more than 450 customers worldwide.
