Opening of Pho Festival 2025: Honoring the quintessence of Vietnamese Pho in the digital age

With the theme "The Quintessence of Vietnamese Pho - Heritage in the Digital Age", Pho Festival 2025 is a large-scale culinary cultural event, directed by the Office of the Hanoi People's Committee, implemented by the Hanoi Convention Center, in coordination with the Department of Tourism, the Thang Long - Hanoi Heritage Conservation Center and media units, including Nhan Dan Newspaper as the sponsor.

The highlight of this year's Festival is the application of digital technology to the organization, including Pho AI - a smart chatbot assistant that helps visitors look up information, schedules and interact with the program's content.

Within the framework of the event, visitors will experience the space "Pho Story", which recreates the development journey of the national dish through many historical periods.

At the same time, the "Special Pho" space brings together regional pho styles from Hanoi , Nam Dinh, Northwest, Central to Southern regions, and international pho, bringing richness in flavor and preparation art.

In addition, the Pho cooking demonstration program, the discussion "Pho becomes a UNESCO heritage and spreads internationally", the beer trade space and Hanoi lotus tea also attracted attention, creating a colorful festival, connecting culinary culture and modern technology.

Pho Festival 2025 will last until April 20.
