Hanoi Autumn Festival 2024 attracts 50,000 visitors

Taking place from September 20-22, despite the unfavorable weather at times, the Hanoi Autumn Festival 2024 attracted over 50,000 domestic and international visitors to visit and experience because this is the most beautiful time of the year in Hanoi.

In order to promote the cultural and tourism beauty of the capital and provinces, the Hanoi Autumn Festival has attracted 12 provinces, cities, 17 districts, towns in Hanoi, associations, clubs, and tourism businesses to participate in displaying and introducing the unique values of craft villages and cultural heritages of Vietnam in general and Hanoi in particular. Vice President of the Hanoi Tourism Association Nguyen Tien Dat said that during the Hanoi Autumn Festival, tourism businesses introduced and promoted the capital's typical autumn tourism products.

In addition, to promote the capital's culture to tourists, this year's festival also has a number of cultural spaces with models of Hanoi's heritage and relics for tourists to take souvenir photos. Deputy Director of the Hanoi Investment, Tourism and Trade Promotion Center (HPA) Nguyen Tran Quang shared that the Hanoi Autumn Festival is one of the activities to promote and advertise the capital's culture and tourism to international tourists and friends.

Through this activity, we are contributing to positioning Hanoi's tourism brand, increasing its appeal to tourists during the peak season of welcoming international visitors. "Hanoi Autumn Festival 2024 with the theme "Hanoi Autumn - Historic Autumn" is one of the city's typical activities and events towards the 70th anniversary of the Capital Liberation Day (October 10, 1954 - October 10, 2024)" - Mr. Quang emphasized.
