The idea to create the Nha Trang bread space was proposed by artist Phuong Dai, a member of the Khanh Hoa Culinary Culture Association, and culinary artist Hoang Thi Anh Tuyet from HTCHEF Vocational Training School.
"We want to promote and introduce Nha Trang's special bread, a long-standing culinary dish, to locals and tourists from all over the world so that they can feel the unique flavor of this popular dish in the coastal city," artist Phuong Dai shared.

Ms. Lan Ngoc, a tourist from Ho Chi Minh City, said that bread is a rustic, familiar dish of many Vietnamese people. Not only is it delicious and cheap, but each locality has a different style of making bread, creating its own flavor. "For example, bread in Nha Trang is a dense bread, with a delicious flavor different from other places I have eaten. Just dipping it in soy sauce is also very attractive," Ms. Lan Ngoc shared.
Banh mi in Nha Trang has long been famous for its unique flavor, not only tourists but also locals consider this a favorite daily dish.
Coming to Nha Trang, tourists can find bread stalls all over the main roads as well as in small alleys. Sometimes they are spacious, well-invested shops, sometimes they are just simple small bread stalls on the roadside.
