Weather forecast for today (June 10), in the Northern region there will be scattered showers and thunderstorms, locally heavy rain with common rainfall of 15-30mm, some places over 60mm.

In addition, in the late afternoon and evening of June 10, in the North Central, Central Highlands and Southern regions, there will be showers and thunderstorms, locally heavy rain with rainfall of 15-30mm, in some places over 70mm.

The Meteorological Agency warns that due to the impact of heavy rain, there is a risk of flash floods and landslides in mountainous areas and flooding in low-lying areas. Beware of heavy rain in a short period of time causing flooding in urban areas. During thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning, hail and strong gusts of wind.

Weather at sea, today, in the North of the Gulf of Tonkin, the sea area from Binh Thuan to Ca Mau, Ca Mau to Kien Giang, the Gulf of Thailand, the North East Sea area, the area between the East Sea and the South East Sea (including the sea area of Truong Sa archipelago) there will be scattered showers and thunderstorms. During the thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes and strong gusts of wind level 6-7, be careful of wave heights that may increase to over 2m.
