TPO - The project to build Phuong Mai - Song Lu road (Dong Da district, Hanoi) 325m long with an investment of 225 billion VND is carrying out site clearance work after 12 years of stagnation.

The Phuong Mai - Song Lu Road Construction Project was approved by the Hanoi People's Committee in 2002 with a length of 325m (Dong Da district). However, after 12 years, it has not been completed and the project has been adjusted many times.

Most recently, on March 3, 2023, the Hanoi People's Committee issued a Decision approving the adjustment of the implementation time of the Phuong Mai - Song Lu road construction investment project. Accordingly, the project implementation time was adjusted to the end of 2024 due to the slow progress of site clearance not meeting the construction progress of the project. The total investment of the project is more than 225 billion VND.

On the morning of April 10, Dong Da district organized a compulsory census of households in Phuong Mai ward to serve the site clearance work for the Phuong Mai - Song Lu Road Construction Project in Dong Da district.

The purpose is to resolve the problems in the investigation and inventory of land and assets on land due to families not cooperating to serve the site clearance work for the Phuong Mai - Song Lu Road Construction Project (in Phuong Mai Ward). Accordingly, Dong Da District has issued Plan 187/KH-UBND on enforcing the implementation of compulsory inventory decisions for 8 households in Phuong Mai Ward.
