Binh Dinh attracts diverse human resources
Most recently, on the morning of May 19, FPT Software held a groundbreaking ceremony for the Center for Research, Production and Training of Technology Experts in Quy Nhon City, Binh Dinh Province. It is known that this is one of the large-scale projects to realize the goal of promoting economic restructuring associated with innovation of the growth model towards increasing the proportion of industry, services, especially high-tech industries, high added value, and marine economy of Binh Dinh Province. With a total investment capital of more than 2,000 billion VND, this complex will be the place for working, researching, developing, and studying of 14,000 technology personnel, aiming to turn Quy Nhon into the center of artificial intelligence in Southeast Asia. According to forecasts, Quy Nhon will be the destination of tens of thousands of technology personnel, including thousands of technology personnel from Eastern European countries, India, etc.
According to many experts' forecasts, to serve FPT Software's projects and previous projects, Binh Dinh will attract workers in many fields such as: Information technology, tourism, industry, high-tech agriculture, artificial intelligence, urban management, engineering industries...
In the industrial sector, the locality aims to build the industry into a key sector, focusing on green industries, supporting industries, renewable energy, coastal urban-industrial areas... With the current development speed, Binh Dinh will quickly become an "industrial center", gathering a workforce from workers to domestic and foreign experts, business leaders...
In the tourism sector, in 2023, Binh Dinh is expected to attract 5,000,000 visitors, an increase of more than 21% compared to 2022, achieving revenue of VND 16,400 billion. By 2025, the number of tourists to the province is estimated to reach 8,000,000, contributing 20% of the province's GRDP. To realize the set goals, Binh Dinh needs new activities, products and services, and solutions to diversify the tourist market, focusing on developing tourist markets with high spending capacity. Positive signals and strong development potential in the future are considered the foundation for Binh Dinh tourism to become a magnet attracting high-level personnel to the locality to serve this industry.
Possessing 134km of coastline, natural deep water terrain and the gateway position of the Central Highlands and South Central Coast, a territorial sea area of 36,000km2 ... Quy Nhon international seaport is one of the 10 largest seaports in Vietnam, capable of receiving cargo ships up to 70 thousand tons; at the same time, it has the potential to become a service development center for transportation, transshipment, transit of goods, seaports, logistics ... Believing in the long-term growth prospects, many large investment projects in the field of seaports and logistics are being implemented as well as planned to anticipate the growth of market demand. This creates a strong attraction for the labor force to the locality, especially experienced experts.
MerryLand Quy Nhon fills the social infrastructure "gap" of Binh Dinh - Quy Nhon
In the context of Binh Dinh accelerating development in many fields, the high-level workforce has been, is and will continue to "flock" to the locality to live and work. It is forecasted that by 2040, the total population of Nhon Hoi Economic Zone will be about 200,000-250,000 people, the demand for land for construction will be about 10,746 hectares; plus 14,000 employees from FP's AI technology complex, and labor resources from other fields... this poses many urgent demands on the social infrastructure system such as commercial centers, entertainment venues, high-quality residences for experts... However, currently Quy Nhon in particular, Binh Dinh province in general, has not yet met the above needs. The "gap" in local social infrastructure is still quite large, while this is one of the important conditions to retain high-quality human resources.
Grasping this reality, the MerryLand Quy Nhon project in Hai Giang peninsula has been developed by Hung Thinh Corporation according to a complex project model including a variety of real estate types from resorts (hill villas, beach villas, beach tourism apartments...) to commercial accommodation (bizhouse, townhouses in the center of the peninsula...) with a dual utility system to fully meet the living and entertainment needs of high-class personnel... The peninsula city is expected to become a piece to fill the gap in social infrastructure in Binh Dinh.
The location directly connected to Nhon Hoi Economic Zone via Hai Giang Bridge, moving to economic zones, industrial parks, and FPT research centers in just 20-30 minutes is also an advantage that makes MerryLand Quy Nhon a preferred accommodation choice for experts and business managers when coming to Binh Dinh to work and live long-term.
