The event, organized by the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Dong Nai in coordination with the Provincial Labor Federation and the Provincial Student Association, is expected to attract the participation of more than 3,000 people, including officials, civil servants, employees, and workers of departments, branches, sectors, and organizations; armed forces; students, universities, colleges, vocational schools, high school students; businesses in the province and people of Bien Hoa city.

The group of people participating in the launching ceremony will run as a group regardless of gender or age with a distance of about 1,200-1,500m following the route: Starting from the Sports Training and Competition Center, turn left on Nguyen Ai Quoc Street to the traffic intersection in front of the Provincial Veterans Association, turn left to the starting point.
