Dong Nai allows Novaland to sell 752 apartments in Aqua City project

The Department of Construction of Dong Nai province has just issued a document confirming that 752 low-rise houses in part of Zone I and V of the Aqua City project are eligible to be put into business. These houses include 441 townhouses, 82 semi-detached villas, 58 garden villas, and 171 individual houses.

Dong Nai Department of Construction also requested the investor - Aqua City Company Limited - before signing the contract for sale and lease-purchase of future housing for the above 752 houses, it must have a commercial bank with sufficient capacity to guarantee the investor's financial obligations.

Previously, the Department of Construction of Dong Nai province also approved a number of other low-rise houses in area I + V of the Aqua City project to be eligible for sale of future housing.

Aqua City project is invested by Aqua City Company Limited - a subsidiary of Novaland Group. The total scale of the project is 1,000 hectares, including townhouses, shophouses, single and double villas.

The project implementation progress is divided into 3 phases. Phase 1 (2017-2020) prepares basic design documents, construction drawing designs, and construction permits. Phase 2 (2020-2025) prepares technical infrastructure design documents, constructs infrastructure works, housing works, model houses, works serving construction and business. Phase 3 (2025-2030) implements construction of the remaining project items.
