Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (Vietinbank) Ha Tinh branch (located in Nam Ha ward) has 7 transaction offices in the following areas: Ky Anh, Huong Khe, Hong Linh, Duc Tho, Cam Xuyen, Loc Ha and Can Loc. In the first 9 months of 2023, the total outstanding debt of the unit reached nearly 11,000 billion VND, completing 115% of the annual plan. In particular, the branch has supported interest rates according to the Government's policy for 1 enterprise; lending to support rural agriculture over 1,200 billion VND, accounting for nearly 12% of the total outstanding debt. The mobilized capital reached about 5,200 billion VND, net revenue from services reached nearly 75 billion VND, contributing to the budget 4,669 million VND. In addition, the unit has coordinated to mobilize funding with a total value of nearly 60 billion VND to build charity houses, roads, schools, etc.

Vinpearl Joint Stock Company - Ha Tinh Branch (headquartered in Ha Huy Tap Ward) operates in the field of hotel tourism. The unit's annual revenue reaches about 80 billion VND, contributing more than 1.5 billion VND to the State budget. The unit is creating jobs for more than 400 employees and workers with an average income of about 12 million VND/person/month.

Ha Tinh Urban Environment and Construction Joint Stock Company (Bac Ha Ward) operates in the field of urban public services. In the first 8 months of 2023, the unit achieved revenue of 112,855 billion VND, paid 5,288 million VND to the budget, created jobs for nearly 300 employees - workers with an average income of about 7 million VND/person/month. Every year, the company also spends more than 200 million VND on social security activities.

Ha Tinh Women Entrepreneurs Association (headquartered in Nam Ha ward) was established in 2021, operating with the goal of gathering, uniting, promoting the talents and intelligence of female entrepreneurs in the area, actively and effectively contributing to the economic development of the province and for the equality and development of women. To date, the Association has 168 members and 3 Women Entrepreneurs Clubs: Cam Xuyen, Thach Ha, Huong Khe. In 2022, the unit mobilized more than 500 million VND for charity and humanitarian activities.

On behalf of the provincial leaders, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Tran The Dung highly appreciated the contributions of enterprises and associations in the process of local socio-economic development. In particular, enterprises have made efforts in production and business, ensuring stable income for workers, contributing to the State budget and organizing many social security activities.

The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee also informed about the province's growth in recent times and the development orientation and investment attraction in the coming time. In particular, Ha Tinh will expand tourism development, multi-industry industry... These are favorable conditions for businesses in the area to have opportunities to cooperate and develop.

The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee hopes that businesses and entrepreneurs will continue to unite, be dynamic, creative, promote production and business, carry out social security activities well; coordinate to build civilized urban areas, ensure local security and order; pay attention to Party building work. For the Ha Tinh Women Entrepreneurs Association, it is necessary to continue to recruit more members to promote the talents, intelligence and contributions of female entrepreneurs to the socio-economic development of the province. For banks, it is necessary to continue to support other businesses to ensure capital for investment in production and business; support capital for people to develop the economy. Relevant levels and sectors need to advise provincial leaders to have a plan to participate in monthly and quarterly dialogues with businesses to accompany businesses in development.
