Vice Chairman of Phu Xuan District People's Committee Tran Anh Tuan chaired the meeting with representatives of relevant departments, leaders of Dong Ba ward and 30 households affected by the project of Type II Urban Development Program (green cities) - Thua Thien Hue Sub-project (formerly) under the category: Drainage system and sidewalks of 4 inner-city wards.

The dialogue took place in a democratic and open spirit, listening to people's opinions to remove difficulties and ensure their rights during project implementation.

Through discussion, the conference agreed on a number of important contents. Regarding the progress of handing over the site, within 15 days from the date of the dialogue, the households that have received compensation basically agreed that the handover of the site will be completed according to the set schedule. The support for the process of implementing legal documents to receive compensation will be handled by the District Land Fund Development Center, guiding households through the procedures to receive money in the fastest and most convenient way.

On the same day, the District People's Committee delegation continued to visit the roads, work with households that are still facing difficulties and problems in the handover of land, resolutely resolve outstanding issues, and quickly complete each part of this project.
