At An Ninh yarn factory (An Ninh industrial cluster), since January 6, 100% of workers have returned to work. After the New Year meeting, production lines have been operating normally to meet signed orders.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Mai, a worker at An Ninh textile factory, said: Because of the guaranteed salary and bonus regime, employees feel secure and attached to the factory. After the happy Tet holidays, we return to work with excitement and enthusiasm to compete in production, creating many quality products to complete the task well, contributing to the further development of the enterprise.

In 2024, despite many difficulties in production and business, An Ninh yarn factory achieved positive results with an output of more than 6,000 tons of yarn; creating jobs for 200 workers with an average income of 8.5 million VND/person/month. In addition, the factory has organized many activities to care for the material and spiritual life of workers, which is the motivation for workers to stick with and confidently dedicate themselves to the business.

According to Mr. Ha Minh Hung, Manager of An Ninh yarn factory: After the Lunar New Year holiday, the factory has prepared everything best for workers to complete their work right from the first days of spring. This year, we strive to maintain maximum output according to the factory's capacity, while reducing production costs, improving labor efficiency and product quality to meet the increasing demands of customers. To ensure the completion of the above plan, right from the beginning of spring, the factory has focused on promoting production emulation movements; stably operating 100% of the machinery chain system.

Not only An Ninh yarn factory, many enterprises in Tien Hai district have started to open and welcome workers back to work since January 6. Because the enterprises all have guaranteed salary and bonus regimes, the rate of workers returning to work and staying with the enterprises is quite high.

Mr. Pham Bach Tung, General Director of Thien Hoang Technical and Commercial Joint Stock Company shared: In 2024, we invested in innovation in technology, machinery and research to create a line of ceramic tiles that are thinner, lighter and of higher quality than before and compared to products on the market, helping Mikado's ceramic tiles to be competitive when penetrating the international market. Thanks to that, Mikado had a breakthrough in exports with a turnover of more than 30 million USD in 2024. To complete the production and business plan in 2025, we mobilized all resources and competed to boost production right from the first months of the year, focusing on exports to key markets such as Europe, America and Asia.

Currently, Tien Hai district has 3 industrial parks and 5 industrial clusters with a total area of over 1,000 hectares, attracting many large-scale enterprises with branded products in the domestic and international markets. The whole district has nearly 500 enterprises and more than 11,500 production, trade and service establishments, creating jobs for more than 20,000 workers with an average salary of 5 - 7 million VND/person/month. In 2024, the production value of industry and handicrafts in the district is estimated to reach more than 15,781 billion VND, an increase of more than 9.6% compared to 2023.

According to Mr. Bui Tuan Anh, Vice Chairman of the District People's Committee: In 2025, the district strives for an industrial growth rate of 23% or more compared to 2024. To achieve that goal, from the beginning of the year, the district has had many practical solutions to develop industry, trade and services. Right after the Tet holiday, the district organized visits and encouraged typical enterprises in the area, in which they requested enterprises to continue to maintain production efficiency, increase revenue, ensure stable jobs, income and life for workers. The district will support and create the best conditions for legal procedures to create a corridor for enterprises to produce and do business most conveniently. In the coming time, the district will continue to promote investment attraction activities in industrial parks and clusters; strengthen coordination, urge and remove obstacles for investors to speed up the construction progress of key industrial projects to soon come into operation, creating a strong change in industrial production capacity; Continue to effectively implement solutions for trade and service development; promote trade promotion activities and support businesses in market development and product consumption; have solutions to support businesses in overcoming difficulties in labor recruitment.
