On December 25, information from the Ninh Binh Provincial Labor Federation said that in the 2024 Lunar New Year bonus plan reported by businesses, the highest bonus is 100 million VND and the lowest is 400,000 VND.
Hyundai Thanh Cong Automobile Manufacturing Joint Stock Company is one of two enterprises expected to have the highest Tet bonus.
Specifically, the two enterprises with the highest Tet bonuses in Ninh Binh province are Hyundai Thanh Cong Automobile Manufacturing Joint Stock Company and Vietnam Medical Plastic Joint Stock Company, both with the highest bonus of 100 million VND.
Classified by type of enterprise, the state-owned enterprise sector has the highest Tet bonus of 6 million VND; the FDI enterprise sector has the highest bonus of 80 million VND.
The lowest Tet bonus also belongs to FDI enterprises, at 400,000 VND.
The average Tet bonus of different types of enterprises is: FDI enterprises are 4.36 million VND; state-owned enterprises are 2.57 million VND; non-state enterprises are 4.21 million VND.
