According to Mr. Quang, as of January 11, 2,075 enterprises (with trade unions) have reported on the 2024 Tet bonus situation.
Regarding state-owned enterprises, the highest is 67 million VND/person (Saigon Tourist Corporation Branch in Con Dao) and the lowest is 2 million VND (District 12 Public Service Company).
Regarding foreign-invested enterprises (FDI), the highest is over 2 billion VND/person (Company in High-Tech Park) and the lowest is 400,000 VND (Saigon Ve Wong Company Limited and Solution and K Company Limited).

Regarding domestic enterprises, the highest is 250 million VND/person (Kem Nghia Joint Stock Company - Tan Binh District) and the lowest: 500,000 VND (Yes and HQL Logistics Co., Ltd. - District 4; Sprayway-TPR Co., Ltd. - Tan Binh District).
According to Mr. Quang, the average Tet holiday for businesses is 6-9 days. Many businesses combine annual leave arrangements so that employees have enough time to celebrate Tet with their families due to living far away.
However, some units have reduced production orders or even no production orders, so the Tet holiday is very early, lasting more than 22 days, and some businesses even have a 30-day Tet holiday.
Specifically, Fuchun Company Limited and Qui Phuc Company Limited will be closed for Tet from January 27 to February 18; Hong Ky Company Limited will be closed from January 27 to February 21; Minh Nhi Company Limited will be closed from January 28 to February 28.
Mr. Quang added that the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation has issued 8 specialized care plans with the motto "Tet comes to all union members".
In particular, the City Trade Union will focus on taking care of union members at enterprises that have had their orders cut and are unable to return home for Tet; union members, exemplary workers and civil servants who have completed their production and business tasks well and actively participated in union activities...
At the city level alone, from the union's financial resources, 48,402 union members and workers will be taken care of, with a total cost of more than 33 billion VND.
